Deliveries are made by Interlink/DPD and/or other reputable couriers. If all products are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 3 days of receipt of order.
If we can not deliver your goods within 30 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
The delivery price will be displayed once you choose the Country to deliver to on Checkout. This will be BEFORE payment is taken. For any further clarification please email us on email@example.com. All prices subject to VAT.
Goods need to be unopened and you must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be credited to the card user within 30 days of cancellation.

All items offered on our web site are subject to availability. We will, wherever possible advise of any out of stock item on our web site. In the event of an ordered item being out of stock we will endeavour to notify you within one working day by either e-mail or telephone providing we have your correct details on your order.
Our heaters are all guaranteed for normal and wear and tear for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you encounter a problem within this period then please return the product with a copy of the invoice to the address below: We will evaluate the problem and if necessary we will either repair or replace the product.
Please note if a product is returned and it is found NOT to be faulty - all postage charges will be recharged to client for collection and redelivery at the prevailing rate.
